Kennedy Tumutegyereize is East and Central Africa Programme Director at international peacebuilding NGO, Conciliation Resources.

Kennedy manages the organisation’s work in this region, which aims to enable civil society actors – including traditional and religious leaders, youth and women – to spearhead community-level reconciliation. In addition, assisting them to inform the debate at the national level on the necessary policy and institutional framework needed for local and national level reconciliation.

Prior to joining Conciliation Resources in 2007, Kennedy was a conflict specialist with USAID, working in LRA-affected regions of Uganda. He holds an MA in Conflict Resolution from University of Bradford.
