Oliver Walton is a Research Fellow at the Governance and Social Development Resource Centre, based at the International Development Department, University of Birmingham. He worked in the Sri Lankan NGO sector between 2003 and 2005, and completed a doctoral research project on NGOs and peacebuilding in Sri Lanka at SOAS in 2010.
