The Active Vision Youth Foundation (ACVIYOF) is a young people's community-based organisation. It was founded in 2003 by a group of concerned, patriotic and innovative young people as a driving force to streamline the emancipation of young people in and out of school from the risk and consequences of HIV/AIDS, poverty, unemployment, illiteracy and other factors that are hindering youth development.

ACVIYOF runs a number of peacebuilding programmes - in education, games and sports, youth exchanges, entrepreneurship, landmine risk awareness, child soldiers and leisure and recreation programmes. Currently ACVIYOF is developing a grassroots conflict early warning system.
