CYPLP works in Nigeria to enable young people to become active citizens, to tackle the root causes of violence and to build community cohesion.

Children and Young People Living for Peace aka CYPLP is  Pan African, voluntary, youth focused, loose membership association in Nigeria, with spreading chapters across Africa in line with article 20 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and article 10 and 11 of African Charter on Human and People's Rights.

We co-design, co-create and co-execute inmovative homegrown solutions to local challenges driven by locales in vulnerable communities. We mobilize and catalyze youth bulge in Africa for social good, productivity and economic growth.

Our focus is to dispel, disrupt and decontruct negative narratives through arts and sport among young people and help reduce steorotype, hate and radicalization leading to violent extremism and terrorism.
