Facilitation for Peace and Development (FAPAD) is involved in peace advocacy and training in Uganda. FAPAD seeks to promote human rights and livelihoods through empowerment and sustainable development in northern Uganda.
FAPAD conducts mediation training and facilitation, as well as providing legal aid, counselling and guidance. It specialises in child rights advocacy and HIV/AIDS awareness raising. Current programmes focus on conflict resolution, good governance and sustainable livelihoods.
