Kafka Welfare Organization (KWO) is a youth-led peace-building organization working for a peaceful and democratic Pakistan. It was established in 2010 by a group of young people who were committed to the development and empowerment of socially disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in Pakistan and addressing violence against women and gender-based discrimination.

KWO hosts an annual "Youth Peace Summit" which provides young people in Pakistan with a platform to discuss national challenges towards education and peace and acknowledges the contribution of young leaders and civil society organizations to youth development, education, human rights, peace, and harmony in the country.

Kafka also implements the Sports for Development and Peace global movement. We engage young people through objective-based team focussed physical/sports activities. Young people are taught positive values, life skills, and science through sports.
