Syria Untold is an independent digital media project exploring storytelling in the Syrian struggle and its diverse forms of resistance. It is a web aggregator created by a collective of Syrian journalists, activists, programmers, and writers living both in Syria and abroad on the storytelling of the Syrian civic movement by collecting, curating and providing context for content related to civil disobedience, nonviolent movements, and creative resistance. 

Syria Untold believes there are many aspects of the Syrian struggle that remain uncovered, many stories that they would not like to see forgotten and thus aims to give visibility to the extraordinary work that other websites, social networks and groups of activists are producing.
