TAADA - Leadership Challenges is a development, not for profit, apolitical and nondenominational association. It was created in October 2007 with the aim of promoting good governance, equity, social justice and fighting poverty, so that target populations live in dignity and security. Leadership Challenges' core values are:
- Respect: its work is based on the mutual respect of values, needs and interests when collaborating with different actors.
- Professionalism: training, information, guidance and the exchanging of experience are very important to Leadership Challenges' work.
- Integrity: Leadership Challenges aims to serve the beneficiaries and the communities in which it works, with honesty and transparency a fundamental part of their work.
- Patriotism: it promotes a culture of love between people, and love of the country.
Leadership Challenges strives to work in partnership with other organisations and groups who work in the same areas, to increase shared knowledge and effectiveness. Their aim is for target populations to take over the projects, and continue to work towards good governance, social equality and equal rights.
