Caleb Deshommes is Insight on Conflict’s Local Correspondent in Haiti. A lawyer by training and professor at the State University of Haiti, Caleb has previously been a visiting researcher at Georgetown University Law Center and is currently a PhD candidate at Aix-Marseille University’s Institut Louis Favoreu.
