Palestinian Institution for Development and Democracy (Al Tareeq) is a Palestinian non-profit organisation working in the field of development and democracy. It was established in Ramallah in 2006.

The Association aims to strengthen the role and status of Palestinian women in the community and to promote the adoption of non-violence as a strategic option for peace. It also works to defend the legitimacy of the Palestinian cause through the media on a national and international scale, by implementing programmes aimed at widening the incorporation of democratic concerns to various aspects of life.

A Tareeq works with all social sectors, with a special emphasis on the youth sector. Its activities include different areas of intervention such as training, open discussion, research and studies. Most of its staff members are volunteers who are committed to building a pluralistic Palestinian society.
