L'Association des Para Juriste de Sikasso has been operating in the region since 2007 in partnership with Sikasso Regional Management and CAFO. The association is composed of five civil society organisations:

• Association DEME SOW
• Association des Jeunes du Mali 
• CAFO
• APDF
• WILDAF Mali 

Other organisations such as the coordination of NGOs, the forum of civil society organisations and the regional council of the civil society are partners ouf collaboration and execution of their projects. The association covers all regions of Mali, each organisation is responsible for its own program implementations and executes it freely to achieve the objectives assigned by the project. 

This association covers conflicts of several types, including:

• Civil state
• Consequences of decentralisation 
• Human rights
• Transitional justice 
• Criminality
• Tights to local resources 
• Good governance 

The tools used are guidance, conflict prevention, mediation and counselling.
