CARE specialises in promoting the educational capacities of Palestinian citizens, professionals and organisations. CARE works to open discussion and debate on critical issues and to reach educational cadres to enhance their capacities. It provides democratic knowledge for teachers, students, parents' councils and elementary school children through numerous programmes and activities in cooperation with international institutions.
