The Centre d’Etudes sur le Leadership et la promotion des Droits Humains is an organisation based in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Its main objectives are the promotion of the culture of peace, good governance and justice through constructive exchanges between different members of the community, state authorities and other stakeholders to contribute to the establishment of a state of rights guarantee of development and peace.
