Groupe TACCEMS Asbl was created on August 25, 1995 with several objectives. The first one is the promotion, dissemination, preservation and expression of local cultures through theater, music and dance, visual arts and cinema. The second is the revitalization and professionalisation of artists from the "Pôle Culturel Est" network.
