The mission of the Tucson Peace Center is to promote the cause of peace, social justice, labour equity and a sustainable environment by supporting non-profit organisations working in the Tucson community. The center does so mainly through the publication of the Tucson Peace Calendar and by organising the Annual Peace Fair and Music Festival. 

Community members are invited to submit events to the Peace Calendar which is both a website and a print calendar published September through May. The print calendar is mailed to more than 900 individuals who have expressed an interest in keeping informed about the local activist community. 

2018 will mark the 36th annual Peace Fair, and most of the more than 100 local organisations that are Peace Center members will have tables at the Peace Fair. The Peace Fair gives them ample opportunity to promote and publicise their work.
