The Community Tolerance Reconciliation and Development (COTRAD) is a youth oriented organisation that promotes informed and positive participation of Zimbabwean youth in decisions that affect them. The organisation's core agenda focuses on the need to enhance democracy and development through the promotion of a conducive environment for free, fair and total participation by youth in national programs. 

COTRAD seeks to reintegrate minority youth victims of political violence into the mainstream society. It is inspired by the values of human rights and the desire to encourage youth participation towards building sustainable justice, freedom, peace and development.
