Interactive Resource Center (IRC) works to educate marginalised sections of society in Pakistan about their basic human rights.

Formed in 2000, IRC began as an initiative to explore new avenues for community mobilisation and dialogue. IRC has now become a leading resource centre producing a range of media - such as participatory/community videos, documentaries, and talk shows. IRC productions are carried on cable networks, TV channels, radio, and online, ensuring the organisation's message of peace and human rights is spread across pakistan.

The organisation collaborates with many regional organisations. In collaboration with Pravah, IRC is working on the “Films with Wings” project, promoting cross-cultural exchange of ideas and creative expressions among young people across India and Pakistan through film.
