Isis-WICCE-Uganda is an international women's organisation based in Uganda since 1993. Isis-WICCE was formed with an objective of tapping into African women's ideas, views and problems, and sharing them with women at the international level.

Isis-WICCE-Uganda exists to promote justice and the global empowerment of women through documenting violations of women’s rights and facilitating the exchange of information and skills. Most of its work aims to support women in conflict and post-conflict situations. Isis-WICCE-Uganda aims to enable women to deliberate together and work towards building a culture of peace.

Since the move to Kampala, Isis-WICCE-Uganda has started national and regional level programmes to facilitate the flow of information from Uganda to other parts of Africa and the rest of the world, and to contribute towards the strengthening of the Ugandan and African women's movement.
