Muryan Fulani Peace Initiative Network is a community conflict prevention and peacebuilding organisation that works with community stakeholders to transforming especially conflict between pastoralist and sedentary famers in Northern Nigeria.

Our strategies are inclusive and localised, we take strong advantage of radio to reach a wide range of stakeholders, especially through phone in calls radio programs in conflict prevention and peacebuilding.

Muryan Fulani Peace Initiative Network through her ‘HONANDE FULBE’ radio program supports and promotes peaceful coexistence, tolerance, community social cohesion, community early warning and responses structures and general peacebuilding processes within targeted communities. Our action strengthens reconciliation processes, promote peaceful coexistence, mitigate against emerging conflict threats and strengthen community cohesion within the state.

Our goal is to commit a robust radio messaging that promotes dialogue and reconciliation through the voices of the local Fulanis whose voices have long been lost in the sands of time.

Because we use the Radio for campaigns our audience is approximately 250,000 persons.

The organization also carried out advocacy campaign at Bisici in Barkin-Ladi Local Government Area.
