Vitalité Plus (Vitality Plus) is a humanitarian and development NGO created in April 2004 and a member of the 'Humanitarian and Development Partnership' of Central African Republic since December 2009. Vitalité Plus aims to develop emergency responses to humanitarian or development situations for populations in need.

It intervenes in areas of protection, conflict prevention and conflict resolution, peace and security, with the help of partnerships with UN agencies, international NGOs such as Search for Common Ground, Conciliation Resources, UNDP, and UNFPA.

Vitalité Plus has led sessions to raise awareness with leaders of Anti-Balaka and ex-Seleka during the most critical moments of the crisis. Those activities led, for example, to the organisation of a Peace Caravan event for peace and reconciliation in order to re-open the Koudoukou avenue leading to the PK5, the main Muslim area in CAR. Women are often critical partners for peace and reconciliation actions lead by Vitalité Plus. Vitalite plus has also implemented peace and reconciliation committees in different areas of Bangui.
