KIPCOR, an affiliate of Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas, has been providing  conflict resolution  training and services in Kansas and beyond for 30 years.  KIPCOR provides a certificate in Conflict Resolution as well as training for mediators; we also provide services for the community, including a first-in-the-area triage program for divorcing/separating parents to determine what level of court-provided services are necessary to be sure children are properly cared for during the changes in their families.  We work closely with many schools and school districts in Kansas to provide training and support for Restorative Justice programs, designed to keep students in school and out of the "school-to-prison pipeline."

Two recent activities have included the co-sponsorship of Peace Week at Bethel College, including several speakers and films and a poverty role-play and RAWtools demonstration of literally turning a gun into a garden tool and sponsorship of the Newton Community for Racial Justice and their ongoing efforts to improve racial relations in central Kansas.
