Alec Forss holds an M.A. from the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University. He is author of the entry “Unofficial Mediation” in the Oxford International Encyclopedia of Peace, and is currently editor at the Institute for Security and Development Policy in Stockholm.
