Conrad Bailey joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on secondment from the Ministry of Defence in May 2011. As Head of Conflict Department Conrad led the FCO’s contribution to, and ongoing implementation of, the Government’s Building Stability Overseas Strategy which was published in July 2011.
