Based in Owerri, Southeast Nigeria, the Centre for Peace Across Borders (CePAB) facilitates peace and development across ethnic, religious and cultural boundaries. It achieves this by advocating and promoting coexistence, good governance and respect for human rights through research, documentation, training and advocacy.
