Adan E. Suazo is Associate Research Member and Coordinator of the Loyola Sustainability Research Centre at Concordia University, Canada. His research focuses on the relationship between environmental variables and peace processes, and how inclusion patterns in peace processes influence the existence, duration and quality of post-conflict political and social institutions. His has worked as Research Fellow at the Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies (Canada), Consultant at Equitas - International Centre for Human Rights Education (Canada), and at the Department of Peace and Conflict Research of Uppsala University (Sweden). His work has been published in policy magazines, academic journals and newspapers in Canada, Costa Rica, Honduras, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States.
